some different between windows and linux

1. On both Linux and Windows run iperf3 -v and send the output (that gives information about the iperf3 version used).
2. Are both Linux and Windows machines connected to the same network?
3. Is the server the same for both tests?
4. What are the iperf3 client commands run in both cases (Linux and Windows)? (Gives information about the test type used, etc.)

both Linux and Windows machines are connected to the same network .I'm therefore confused: why would there be a difference? Could it be due to different TCP parameter negotiations between iperf3 on Windows and Linux?

@wangguowang to try understanding what the issue may be, can you please answer my previous questions? Is the same iperf3 server used in both cases? What are the iperf3 versions used (iperf3 -v)? What client commands (iperf3 -c .....) are used in both cases?

@wangguowang What were you expecting to see? There are a few reasons one might get different performance results on Windows and Linux, ranging from different default TCP parameter values to differences in performance in the networking stacks. Are these tests being run on the same network path?
