CSV Quick Guide File Orientation Correction

• Justification (why is this change necessary?): The CSV Quick Guide incorrectly describes vertical and horizontal orientation.

I suggest the following changes to the Reporting Format Description for Column or Row Name Orientation:

Tabular data can be organized: 1) Horizontally meaning that data are organized in rowscolumns and there's a new name describing the data at the start of every rowtop of every column 2) Vertically meaning that data are organized in columnsrows and there is a new columnrow name describing the data at the top of every columnstart of every row.

Hi Dylan, I think this was previously considered in this Issue in the FLMD format. ess-dive-workspace/essdive-file-level-metadata#22
As far as I can tell the definitions in the FLMD guide and CSV guide are currently the same (horizontal is data in rows, vertical is data in columns), but the opposite of what you are suggesting here. To me the clearest explanation is to describe the orientation of the header (variable names). A horizontal header gives horizontal data, and vice versa.
Having the same definitions in the FLMD and CSV documentation is the most important thing, regardless of the definition.
