• remove the empty line after the wordlist.txt personal dictionary header

Context

aspell treats the blank line after the personal_ws-1.1 ... header as an empty string entry and fails with:

The word "" is invalid. Empty string.

I reproduced the original aspell failure locally and verified that removing the empty entry fixes the invalid wordlist format.

The remaining spell check failures reported by the GitHub Action appear to come from pre-existing terms in other files rather than from this one-line change. Happy to follow up separately on the broader wordlist cleanup if that is preferred.
