The error is related to issue #5400.
The issue exists on mainnet, and the metrics confirm it: the out-of-depth store metric indicates that our nodes are regularly storing chunks outside their radius.
Those chunks later become unavailable: in our mainnet cluster, about 2% of downloads end with errors, while upload success is always 100%.
