Add Kurtosis Gloas end-to-end PR test

Summary

• build the PR version of Buildoor and run it in a Kurtosis devnet
• use the minimal preset with Gloas scheduled at epoch 1
• require pre-Gloas Builder API and post-Gloas ePBS won blocks
• verify both blocks through the Buildoor API, beacon API, and execution JSON-RPC
• update the EIP-8282 builder deposit and exit predeploy addresses
• upload Kurtosis diagnostics for every CI run

Local verification

• Docker image build passed
• lifecycle unit tests passed
• Kurtosis E2E passed with a pre-Gloas win at slot 7 and post-Gloas ePBS win at slot 33
