phpunit.xml or phpunit.xml.dist not found 

I got this message error in the bottom of ST3.
This is php code:

 echo "TEST";
?> 
when i press ctrl+shift+p and after selecting phpunit:run I got this message(see the title). Why ? thx for the help in advance
