Build for ARM64

Hello and thank you for your work.

We are using your docker image, but it looks like it is missing the ARM64 and ARM64/v8 build.
Is is possible for you to handle these platforms, as it is required to be ran with last apple M1.

We should have something like ruby official image

Hey! Unfortunately, it seems that @fullstaq-labs has built packages only for x86-64.

Please comment and vote in this issue: fullstaq-ruby/server-edition#38

As soon as there will be packages for other architectures, we will be more than glad to build images for these architectures.
