Defect: Mobile params editor hides enum value controls off-screen

Summary

At 390px/320px widths, enum Value controls start off-screen inside a horizontally scrollable table, hiding the primary control on dialog open.

Fixed in commit 37afbcb.

What changed:

• The params editor no longer forces the params table to a 720px-wide layout on narrow screens.
• At mobile widths the table rows stack into labelled fields, so enum Value controls stay visible and usable instead of starting off-screen.
• Added regression coverage for the row cell labels used by the stacked layout and for the stylesheet no longer forcing horizontal scroll.

Validation passed:

• pnpm run verify:local
