Replaces cglib with ByteBuddy in exist-core.
Whilst Elemental 6.x.x is only certified to run on Java 8, before f76bae9 it did startup on Java 21. This fixes a regression introduced in f76bae9 which stopped auto-deployment working on Java 21.
