feat: update persona command for new CLI flow (Phase 4)

- Use -s scenario instead of spec file argument
- Auto-versioning for persona config (persona.v1.yaml, etc.)
- Load merged attributes from scenario (base + extended)
- Pass agents=None to persona generator (stats computed at render time)
- Update tests for new interface
