feat: Add applying video filters to DSKs

It would be useful to make applying video filters to individual DSKs possible, as combining it with the 3D Effect plugin would allow for a very intuitive way to add picture-in-picture effects.

You can add filters to the scene you use for DSK. If you want to do an filter on the program, you can add an output source in your DSK scene and add a filter to that.

The problem with adding filters to scenes through OBS' scenes list is that those effects would get applied even when the scene gets displayed outside of a DSK.

The idea is to have scenes (i.e. CAM1-CAM5) added to a DSK which would serve as a picture-in-picture DSK, where you could apply a 3D Effect filter (or any transformation filter) to the DSK and, as a result, any scene that gets displayed on the DSK would have that exact video filter applied to it.
This would allow operators to have, for example, CAM1 on the program and then pull up a small window of any CAM they desire on demand without complex setup.

Currently this is possible by duplicating each scene, applying the transformation filters to each of them and then adding the duplicate scenes to a DSK. However, the downside (besides the clutter in the scene list) is that if the operator wants to modify the filter properties (i.e. to move the picture-in-picture window or scale it differently), they would have to paste the filter properties to each of the duplicated scene, which is a time consuming task during live broadcast especially when dealing with a larger number of cameras.

I would set it up like this:

PiP DSK scene has:
output source with 3D effect
Pip Scene with 3D effect
background for the parts that are not covered by the 2 cameras

I added a source dock of the PiP scene to allow switching of the second view
I used source toggler lua script to make sure always only 1 scene is visible in the PiP scene
I made a PiP Diabled DSK scene to get a nice move transition between the 2

Instead of a nested scene to switch the second view you can also use an additional canvas from Aitum Vertical or Aitum Stream Suite plugin
