[Bug]: Impossible to close the banner "No internet Connection" even when you already have it

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn off Ethernet/wifi
2. Try sync packages
3. Turn on Ethernet/wifi back
4. sync packages
5. realize there is no way to close this banner, after app successfully connected to interned and upadated list of packages to be upgraded

Expected behavior

Banner should disappear, or there should be a way to close it.

I couldn’t reproduce the issue. On my side, the banner appears when Wi-Fi is turned off and disappears once it’s reconnected. The problem is that this is not a reliable way to determine network status. For example, if the connection is marked as Limited Connectivity (the exclamation mark in the system tray), the internet may still work, but Qt reports it as unavailable.
I’ve added an option to disable the network check (General tab).

What if we do check ourselves?

That approach also has some downsides and isn’t necessarily more reliable than the current implementation. So I’d prefer to keep the existing network check and simply make it optional instead (it’s disabled by default).
