Some exercises dont pull down properly with CLI

Binary, Raindrops, and RNA Transcriptions all just download a metadata.json file:

its not a big deal but its nice just downloading all the stuff in 1 command. now i either have to manually make tests or just solve it separately and paste it in.

Is there something obvious im missing ?

Have you tried re-running the download command? I've seen this before on multiple tracks and suspect that it's a CLI issue, not a C track issue.

Yeah I tried a few times and with the --force flag.

I just tried those exercises and all downloaded correctly so I don't think this is a track issue. Can you report this on https://github.com/exercism/cli?
