• The deprecated exercises will not be changed anymore
• 3 of the lower part are already listed in individual issues / have PRs: Sync robot-name #994 Variable length quantity #995 Sync simple-cipher #987

If you don't mind me being slower than you, you can fix the upper part (missing TestDox only) in one PR. For the others one PR per exercise with the usual checklist as goals.

Exercise Mask credit card: I cannot find any tests.toml nor canonical-data.json (there is no 'mask-credit-card' in https://github.com/exercism/problem-specifications/tree/main/exercises. Where should I find these?

This seems to be an exercise from before problem-specifications existed. I think we should deprecate it, and not change it.
