Add templates for exercises batch 5

• Grade school
• Hamming
• House
• Isbn verifier
• Isogram
• Kingergraten garden

NOTE:

House have got breaking changes and the exercise is changed to match the way it is presented in problem spec.

Was the fix assert empty commit caused by the prior? I did not check,
but if so, can you squash, and modify the log to not show that?
