Reorganise the NumPy notebook to add the following topics:

• A brief introduction on NumPy
• Comparison of NumPy speed with python lists
• Operations supported in NumPy arrays
• Array comprehension
• Multidimensional Arrays and shape altering
• Broadcasting
• Vectorization
