Polish Archive and TNO Cards documentation for production readiness (#9)
Centralize contract-status details in the Archive Overview and replace
verbose per-page banners with short pointers back to the overview.
Remove duplicate pricing tabs that repeated the table, fix possessive
typo, normalize em-dash style to match site convention, shift tense to
past for archived content, trim redundant trailing warnings, and clean
up promotional language.
