en/starter/basic-routing.md: Updated the description in the example for responding to a POST request, changing "Respond to POST request on the root route" to "Respond to a POST request to the root route".This pull request includes a minor wording change in the
en/starter/basic-routing.mdfile to improve clarity and to unify wording across the document, since all other descriptions are written as: "Respond to a PUT request to the /user route:", "Respond to a DELETE request to the /user route:" and so on.
