Removes the vs_compilers constraint from the Windows workflow, allowing
VS2026 to be included as one of the Windows compiler versions for
buildpro builds.
Previously the workflow was limited to VS2022 only:
with:
vs_compilers: '["Vs2022"]'
Now it uses the default externpro configuration which includes VS2026:
with: {}
Combined with the Boost_COMPILER: vc143 setting in the VS2026 preset,
this enables buildpro to build successfully with Visual Studio 2026.
