This PR adds the freeze/unfreeze dynamic present in nodeeditor v1. It has now been updated to seamlessly adapt to nodeeditor v3. The changes have also improved the freeze/unfreeze API, making it more concise and ready to use. It also contains an example to illustrate this updated dynamic.
