"Docstrings from .py when type is from .pyi" is not working

I saw the closed issue #1090, but when I use it myself, I still cannot get the docstring from the original .py file:

This issue also exists in non-standard libraries.

I added scapy-stubs to the typings directory in my working directory, but docstring is still not displayed in the autocomplete methods. This seems inconsistent with the closed issue #406.

And when the mouse hovers over the method, it correctly combines types from .pyi with docstrings from .py:
