[2.1.8] Issue with the `recycler` mod on a **vanilla** server

Hey, I've got a problem with the docker image :

I've tried to setup the docker image to setup a 2.1.8 server to play with my friends.
I thought it would go smoothly as i already used the image a while ago with to problem, however this time i seem to have a weird problem.

The docker image boots up just fine ,but as soon as i try to connect to it, i get prompted with a mod mismatch error

The problematic mod is named recycler and from what information i've gathered, it's a Space-Age DLC related mod (I don't own it, so i can only guess)

I tried to change the mod list manually but it resets every time the container is restarted.

Edit : Both the server and my client version are 2.1.8

We were able to resolve it by stopping the server, then modifying the mod list json in order to disable it. Modifying the json while the server was online ended up in the revert. The underlying logic of the container does not seem to be setting it back to true, since it only touches the previous space age DLC items, it is only the fact that it can't be modified while the server is running.

We did try to stop the server, change the modlist and restart but it always reverted back to true. For now we're just playing on 2.0.77 so it's fine.
