error message in segmentation

Describe the bug
Segmentation fails, This happen since the pull on NodeRed at 18h (Fr time)

To Reproduce
Do an acquisition : in my case : 300 µm flowcell, vertical tow (in which i noticed that some metadata related to a horizontal tow was here but not expected since the last pull)
I did 12 images
the segmentation started well, the flat succed but at the image 3/12, the segmentation stops and the error message apears

Successful semgentation

I think that I made a mistake for this acquisition : My led was off and the segentation got crazy. The LED have to be on during the acquisition.
