Summary

Release v0.35.0. Since v0.34.1:

Parity: 57 -> 60/100 LocalStack-roster services, all at 100% conformance.

Bumps workspace + all crate version pins + SDK versions (TS/Python/Java) to 0.35.0. New crates (fakecloud-transfer / -appconfig / -cloudtrail) already in the release.yml publish list.

Test plan

  • Version bump only; CI validates the full build + conformance.
