Summary

Version bump v0.40.1 -> v0.41.0 (minor). 197 feat/fix commits since the last tag: new services / ops from the parity-push batches (incl. AWS::Pipes::Pipe provisioner + execution engine) plus the bug-hunt 2026-07-15 wave (#2283-#2294: auth-enforcement gaps, persistence/durability, validation, repeated query-key recovery, S3 x-amz-content-sha256 integrity).

Bumps the canonical set: Cargo.toml (workspace + all fakecloud-* pins), Cargo.lock, and the TypeScript/Python/Java SDK manifests. release.yml publish-list audited — all crates present, fakecloud-pipes correctly ordered after its deps (aws/core/persistence).

Test plan

Mechanical version bump. CI green + Cubic + Copilot; tag push triggers the publish workflow.
