feat: add mini-search-filter page with movie data and styling

- Create 404 page route for better error handling
- Update root layout with improved styling and active link indicators
- Refactor home page to use file-based routing and add mini-search-filter link
- Implement mini-search-filter page with search and genre filtering functionality
- Add comprehensive movie data with TypeScript interface
- Update route tree to include new routes
