registering a child wildcard router masks the parent

I'd like to implement a fix but it seems not obvious which handler /test should match...
I would go for matching /{path:*}

tsr is confusing...

I think the root of this issue is that "whether tsr is enabled" should be part of the tree matching context. It decides whether a route matches in some cases. Yet it's not configured at handler registeration, so semantics would change, and it also involves changing a lot of things and an exposed API at this stage, specifically radix.Tree.Get
