- Add skip_display_condition to BasePlugin class allowing a plugin to give a reason and skip it's turn being displayed (the Playlist preview will render with the reason why the plugin skipped)
- Screenshot: Add a Render Wait option to allow javascript pages a chance to finish rendering
- Screenshot: Add an option to skip if the screenshot is blank (1-color)
