Refresh setup guide screenshots

The screenshots under docs/src/content/docs/install/setup/ are
re-captured against the redesigned front-end so the install
guide matches what users now see when they walk through the
first-run flow.  The updated files are accounts-empty.png,
accounts.png, authorize.png, create-account.png, and setup.png.
