This pull request presents a major refactor of the brazilian-zipcode-api project to adhere to Go's best practices. Key enhancements include codebase cleanup, modularization, improved error handling, centralized configuration management, Redis integration for caching, looking to integrate other database in future (mongodb, pg...). These changes aim to improve the project's maintainability, scalability, and reliability.
Looking to have unit tests soon. And also looking to replace SOAP requests with new rest API
