there are incorrect download links for mysql versions 5.6 there is a commit here that fixes it:

Thanks for noting that though! I think that mysql is on it's way over to the core community maintainers team to be actively maintained as opposed to here where I am not getting packages updated very often (due to managing many parts of the Chocolatey ecosystem).

A new version is pushed in my repo, That one should be working. This issue can be closed.
