Actualize aspnetmvc3tools url

I'm not entirely sure about the checksum part. The previous version misses it, but we never had errors related to checksums. However I did have them locally trying out the new url.

@mazharenko apologies for not replying to you about this PR until now, I missed this in my notifications.

Rather than making the changes to this package in this repository, would you be interested in taking over maintenance of this package?
