Bug: Changing Quick Access pinned folder's icons, shows a stray "Drive Unplugged / Not a Folder" Warning.

Description

Here's the demonstration, in this video:

The Folder's icon changes as expected, but the warning pops up.
this also happens if the icon is selected with the browse option (in video).

Steps To Reproduce

1. Enter properties for a folder pinned to quick access
2. Go to customization tab, and select a folder icon and save

• Alternate: Browse for an icon and save

3. Folder icon updates, but shows drive unplugged/ Not a Folder warning
