Bug: Grid layout causing Files to break and pin to 100% CPU

Description

Doing photo storing I can only browse and move items to other folders a few times before a separate process is shown in task manager that doesn't close with the Files window and pinning the CPU to 100% until force killed. This is happens consistently but I don't know what action is exactly causing it.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open a image folder in grid layout
2. Browser through multiple folder with images while doing move operations
3. After a few minutes of that the CPU pinning happens

Is this still an issue in the latest preview version (v4.0.40)?

CPU is still an issue in 4.0.40.0 but it's closing correctly.

Not sure, I have only tested with 4.0.40.0 and 4.0.38.0
