Bug: Apps opened from the Tags view use the wrong working directory

Description

Apps launched from the Tags view appear to use the wrong working directory.

This causes some applications to fail to load their existing configuration correctly. For example, when Moonlight is opened from the Tags view, its settings appear to be reset, including options such as the selected language.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Choose an application, for example Moonlight.
2. Add a tag to the application.
3. Click the corresponding tag in the sidebar.
4. There are search results for tag:xxx show in main panel
5. Double-click the application to launch it.
6. Observe that the application starts with reset settings, such as the language.

Yes, and the tagged items show up in the main panel titled Search results for tag:xxx, then double-click one of the applications
