feat: (firebase_ui_firestore) added grid view pagination support

Description

This PR refactors the pagination UI by introducing an enum to switch between list and grid views. Previously, only FirestoreListView was available for pagination. I created a common FirestoreView widget that takes an enum type (list or grid) to render the appropriate view. This makes the code more flexible and reusable for different UI needs.
