feat: Add missing translation values for French and update some Portugese

Description

Many french translation values were missing.

Many files are edited because I run dart run firebase_ui_localizations:gen_l10n.
firebase_ui_fr.arb is now well translated.
firebase_ui_pt.arb is now fixed.
