feat(auth)!: Remove Dynamic Links, replace with app-links.

Description

• Replaced Dynamic Links with app_links.
• Tested email link authentication and email verification on iOS and android.
• make note in CHANGELOG about migrating away from Dynamic Links: https://firebase.google.com/support/guides/app-links-universal-links
