Support pipeline operations

Pipelines enable full-text search and geo queries in Firestore Enterprise. It would be great to be able to do these kinds of queries from Dart on the server!

Hi @jhuleatt , thanks for raising this.

This was paused temporarily due to a bug in the generated googleapis package, the executePipeline (googleapis) API had a type cast error.

This has been fixed with the migration from @brianquinlan in this PR #248 to use the new sidekick generated apis executePipeline (google_cloud_firestore_v1)

I'll keep this issue up to date.
