dataconnect(docs): QueryRef/QuerySubscription: kdoc improvements, especially adding BoM version

Update Data Connect kdoc comments in QueryRef.kt and QuerySubscription.kt regarding realtime query subscription updates. Notably, mentioned the BoM version in addition to SDK version, rather than just the SDK version, since the BoM version is often more relevant to customers. (Googlers see cl/918573071).

This PR is a follow-up to #8186, merged a few days ago, in which the comments in question were added.
