Understanding Firedrake websites

Firedrake has two websites, found at https://www.firedrakeproject.org/ and https://www.firedrakeproject.org/firedrake. The former is the primary website and is built from the release branch. The latter is built from main and exists to provide up-to-date developer install information (e.g. the link to firedrake-configure is different).

The main website is built whenever we push to the main branch as part of the regular workflow. The release website is handled in https://github.com/firedrakeproject/firedrakeproject.github.io and is built every day in a scheduled workflow.

IMPORTANT: The website repository will stop building the website after 60 days of inactivity. To fix this simply push an empty commit.
