fix(sql-server-ui): update vulnerable Babel dependency

Dependabot flagged @babel/core 7.29.0 in the SQL Server plugin UI lockfile for GHSA-4x5r-pxfx-6jf8.

Refresh the pnpm lockfile so @preact/preset-vite resolves @babel/core to 7.29.7, above the patched 7.29.6 version.
