Expected Behavior

When I run the --run command, I want the value of the 'command' field to be the default command.

Actual Behavior

Currently the commands that need to be executed must be entered manually.

If you need to provide arguments for the default command when no command is specified, you need to use '--' as a separator.

If you search the issues for --run there are more than a few about how this creates a not very useful environment for actually running the software. (Those are a flatpak issue)

Maybe if things changed this would make sense, but for now I'd only recommend using it for running build tooling in that environment.
