Audio not working on iOS devices #9

I've basically created a music web app using Flet and deployed it on Replit.

The issue lies with the most important function of the app - the audio - for iOS devices. The audio plays perfectly well on a Linux laptop (Brave Browser), MacBook (Safari) and Andriod phone (Chrome).

But I cannot hear any audio when I try to play any music on an iPhone and iPad (Safari and Firefox).

  • Is audio not supported on iOS?
  • I thought it's got to something with the auto-play feature, but disabling that also fails.
  • Or is it something to do with how Replit handles audio?
