run_javascript method bug in Linux WEB_BROWSER view mode

This control is supported on iOS, Android, MacOS and Web platforms only

But run_javascript method doesn't work correctly in web browser view.

This method doesn't check the view mode:

As mentioned in the docs, this method is only for mobile (android/ios) and Mac platforms atm.
