Can the implementation of the window.title_bar_hidden function use bitsdojo_window instead of window_manager? The window_manager has a bug on Windows 10 where the top cannot be resized and the borders are missing, but bitsdojo_window works fine on Windows 10.

Suggest a solution

When building the original Flutter application, implement the window.title_bar_hidden feature using bitsdojo_window.

I recently read on the window_manager package that it isnt recommended to use these two packages together.
