Mangohud is reading GPU Temp and GPU Utilization, GPU Temp Reads 65535... Missing GPU Utilization

Linux kernel uses gpu_metrics_v1_0 for Radeon VII/Instinct MI50, but mangohud originally only supports gpu_metrics_v1_3 and v2/3_*.
This pull request fixed issues with this GPU.
