List all contributions to 3.5 so far, unless I've missed something.
Starting from this upcoming release, I've changed the format of the changelog to include a bit more detail and to link to all the PRs. This means much more work for the maintainer to actually update the changelog, but should make it more useful. It would be best to try to keep both history.rst and AUTHORS up to date with each new PR. We could link to the closed issues too, but I didn't go there this time.
