Add read-only Factory Image snapshot of root

Once the rootfs and kernel are fully deployed, take a read-only
snapshot of @ into .snapshots/@_Factory-Image for rollback. It
captures @ only; the nested subvolumes (boot/home/var-*) are
separate and excluded.
