Not a priority at all, but I think the option to make the tiles animate a bit more on hover would be nice (although I think the option to turn it off would be preferable for some people, too). I've noticed some non-standard tiles do have a tiny bit of a zoom on hover with the image within the tile itself, though it's very subtle and only on these tiles, not custom ones like the social tiles.
My personal ideal would be for a slider for how much it animates (to allow more modularity), and toggles for if it's clipped within the tile itself or not, but obviously it depends on how you see fit.
Happy to have a go myself soon once I have some more time, but just thought I'd make an issue here in case you had stuff in mind already so if/when I do I'm not clashing with them lol
